久々の更新となります

つい先日２０日の禁欲に成功したため、感じられた効果について書いていきたいと思います。

顔つきが変わる（これは１５日目あたりで感じました）
彼女が欲しくなくなる（わたしは必要だと感じなくなりました）
女の子側から話しかけられることが増える。（かといって何も感じないが）


総合的に見れば効果自体はランクアップしていきます。

わたしの実体験を通して感じたことはオナ禁効果にも「波」があるということです。

そして一番感じたこと。

それは1日を精一杯頑張れるということです。
